Fund Generation

• Annual collection from college students: We collect Rs. 100 annually from every college student where Kartavya center is being run. It is the primary source of funding. We bring out notices and posters about Kartavya and make students aware. It is not a big amount for them, so almost every student happily donates the money.
• Selling of old news papers: In colleges, students purchase news papers daily. After reading the news papers, they are thrown as waste. We collect these news papers from every room and sell them into the market, which helps us to generate fund for Kartavya.
• Sponsor ship scheme: After admitting the children into school, we ask our alumni, philanthropist person and likeminded people to sponsor a child. In this scheme, the Sponsor bears all expenses of a child related to his education, which comes around Rs.14 per day (Annually Rs. 5000 in Dhanbad, but varies from place to place). We send the updates related to development of the child to sponsor at regular intervals.
• Donation: People who want to contribute in another way donate money for other activities like rents, book donation, stationary, fruit distribution, employee payment etc. They can donate through our website or can transfer in our kartavya account.
